Proclamation

In the light of the Veda, the Constitution of the Universe, it is my great delight to honor the Will of God that has descended on the collective consciousness of Maharishi Vedic City of the United States of America—the most powerful country in the world.

I wish to record the great warmth of my feeling for the citizens of Maharishi Vedic City and for the divine inspiration of the Honorable Mayor of Maharishi Vedic City, Dr. Robert G. Wynne, for adopting the Constitution of the Universe as the constitution of his city administration The Constitution of the Universe—the will of God—is eternally lively in every grain of creation, and is administering the infinite diversity of the ever-expanding galactic universe. I am happy to say that this basis of all existence and evolution has been realized by the citizens of Maharishi Vedic City as the light of cosmic administration. It is creditable for Mayor Wynne to have responded to the call of the collective consciousness of the City and adopted the constitution of Total Natural Law as the constitution of his city administration.

In adopting the Constitution of the Universe as the Constitution of Maharishi Vedic City, The Honorable Mayor Wynne has created a model of ideal administration for every Mayor in the world, and for all levels of administration in our family of nations. He has introduced a theme of perfect prevention-oriented administration, where city life, rising to higher consciousness, offers a perfect home in a perfect atmosphere for problem-free life in peace and affluence.

Very soon, the example of Mayor Wynne will be followed by all the fortunate Mayors of our dear world. Administration in every country—city administration and national administration—will rise to that high level of intelligence which has been sought by the wise throughout the ages—problem-free, prevention-oriented administration, evolutionary, nourishing, and fulfilling to all.

By establishing the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace here in Maharishi Vedic City, Dr. Wynne has captured the admiration of all the peace-loving people of the world, and by resolving to establish a group of 8,000 Yogic Flyers (the square root of one percent of the world’s population) he has taken steps to create world peace and beautifully displayed his parental role for peace and happiness for all generations to come.

The Capital of the Global Country of World Peace has secured a place of safe custody for the Constitution of the Universe in the center of the United States, the most powerful country of the world.

The members of the City Council of Maharishi Vedic City will radiate the influence of prevention-oriented administration of Natural Law to every level of administration of our world family, and thereby realize the supreme ideal of administration—life in peace and fulfilment, and nations blossoming in freedom and invincibility.

I am so impressed by the level of creative intelligence of the collective consciousness of Maharishi Vedic City, that I am drawn to appoint every member of the City Council of Maharishi Vedic City as ‘Special Ambassador’ of the Global Country of World Peace for different countries, and together raise the quality of administration and help create permanent world peace.

Maharishi Vedic City is the ideal unit of the Global Country of World Peace. I admire the close association of the administration of Maharishi Vedic City with the administration of the Global Country of World Peace.

Inaugurating the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace here in Maharishi Vedic City, it is my great delight today to proclaim this day as ‘Mayor Wynne’s Day’. It will be the joy of the citizens of Maharishi Vedic City to mark this day in the yearly calendar of Maharishi Vedic City, and to celebrate this day every year in honor of the great founding Mayor of Maharishi Vedic City.
